Each gate adds checks on top of the last. By dispatch, the material has survived five independent quality layers.
In-house lab
Size, elongation, weight per meter, and PPI are measured on every sample. Visual defects are logged. For internal defects, the elastic is dismantled completely so each yarn and rubber strand can be monitored for discrepancies.
The same lab clears inbound raw materials before they are issued onto the floor. Production never starts on untested yarn, rubber, or spandex.
