Covering

Covering machines wrap polyester, nylon, or cotton around a rubber or spandex core. The covered yarn gains strength, heat resistance, and controlled stretch before it is warped for elastic constructions.
Beam preparation
Rubber Warping

Rubber warping machines beam covered latex or spandex at matched elongation and density. These elastic beams sit beside yarn beams on the loom so stretch stays consistent across the full tape width.

Twisting

Twisting machines combine single yarns into plied or cable yarns with set twist direction and turns per meter. Twisted yarns feed cords, braids, and constructions that need higher strength or a firmer hand.

Mask Elastic

Dedicated mask-elastic machines make soft, skin-friendly ear-loop and edge elastics used in face masks and medical disposables. Narrow gauges and gentle recovery are set for high-volume hygiene products.
